How to use
Open all straps and slide your hand in, inserting your thumb through the stabilizer hole.
Wrap and secure the wrist strap firmly (not tight) around the wrist.
Wrap and secure the thumb strap around your thumb or at its base for added stability.
Adjust the lacing until the fit feels snug and supportive.
Wear during activities as needed; remove when resting.
