We offer delivery services across Lebanon, utilizing either our dedicated delivery team or reliable courier services, to the address provided in your Purchase Order or My Account address form.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: Ordered products are typically delivered within 1 to 5 business days from the order confirmation email.
• Peak Seasons: Delivery times may extend during peak seasons or events, potentially causing delays.
• Delivery Days and Hours: Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 6 pm. We may offer later evening deliveries if necessary.
• No Deliveries: No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Confirmation

We may contact you to confirm the delivery date and provide an estimated delivery time. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated before delivery.

Product Verification Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, you or your authorized representative should promptly verify:

• The type, quantity, and condition of the products received.
• If products do not match your order or are found defective, please notify us within 24 hours.
