3M Futuro Performance Comfort Ankle Support is an adjustable ankle support designed to provide moderate support and customizable compression for weak, sore, or injured ankles. A wraparound style with breathable, odor‑resistant materials lets you tailor fit and support while staying comfortable during athletic activities or everyday use. It’s slim and low‑profile to fit easily inside most shoes.

Indication
Mild ankle sprains and strains.

How to use
Place the support with the smooth side against skin and slide the heel into the heel loop.
Pull the support to the side of the foot and wrap it over the top toward the inside of the ankle.
Wrap around the back of the ankle and toward the front, securing with the hook‑and‑loop strap.
Adjust tension for desired compression and comfort; wear with shoes as needed.
