3M Futuro Sport Knee Support is an adjustable, sport‑oriented knee brace that delivers moderate compression and support to weak, sore or injured knees during athletic activities and everyday movement. It features three adjustable straps and an open patella design that helps stabilize and support the knee while promoting a natural range of motion, warmth and comfort. The durable neoprene‑blend material provides a soothing heat‑retaining feel, breathability and a secure fit that can be worn on either knee.

How to use
Lay the support over the knee, smooth side against skin with the round opening over the kneecap.
Wrap the middle strap under the knee and secure to the support with the hook‑and‑loop fastener.
Wrap and attach the two remaining adjustable straps under the knee until the fit is firm and comfortable.
Adjust all straps to get the desired compression and support.
Wear during activity; remove when resting.
Care: Hand wash with mild soap in warm water, rinse well and air dry; avoid machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, or fabric softeners.
