Trio-Fol 30 Tablets

Trio-Fol is a dietary supplement formulated to help supplement the daily diet with folate (folic acid), iodine, and vitamin B12 — nutrients important for energy metabolism, blood formation, nervous system function, and thyroid health. It is not a medication but a nutritional support product. 

Key Components
Microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids (magnesium stearate), silicon dioxide, folic acid (6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt), iodine (as potassium iodide), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). 

Indication
Support normal blood formation and reduce the risk of folate deficiency anemia.
Support normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduce tiredness/fatigue.
Support normal nervous system function and psychological function.

How to use
Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily, preferably with water, unless otherwise advised.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
