How to use
Diffusion/Aroma: Add 3-5 drops into a diffuser or humidifier in a small to medium room.
Inhalation: Place a few drops in a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale for 5-10 minutes (keep eyes closed, caution if sensitive).
Topical/Massage: Dilute 2-5 drops of oil into ~10 ml of a carrier oil (such as sweet almond, jojoba, coconut) and massage into areas of tension or muscle soreness.
Bath or Shower: Add 5-8 drops of the oil (properly diluted in carrier oil or bath salt) into warm bath water, or place a few drops on the shower tray to diffuse with steam.
