These cushions use Massaging Gel® Advanced technology to absorb shock, reduce pressure on the heels, and provide comfortable support throughout the day. They’re slim and tapered to fit easily into most shoes.

Indication

How to use
Clean and dry inside of shoe heel area, place the gel cushion with the gel side facing down in the heel section of the shoe, press firmly to adhere; replace every ~6 months or when worn.
