How to use
Brush your teeth thoroughly twice a day.
Use a pea-sized amount on your toothbrush.
Brush for about 2 minutes, covering all tooth surfaces.
Spit out the excess, but do not rinse immediately to let fluoride work.
For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing.
