HolistiFer 30 Capsules

HolistiFer is an advanced iron supplement, containing ferrous glycinate, one of the most highly absorbed iron forms. It also contains Quatrefolic®, the active form of folate which is essential for blood synthesis.
To help prevent all types of anemia, HolistiFer also contains Vitamins B2 and B12, which help in blood cell formation, in addition to Vitamin C, which increases iron absorption.

How to use
Take one capsule per day, 30 minutes before the next meal, or as directed by your physician. Do not take calcium supplements or milk products within 2 hours of taking HolistiFer.
