Sorgel Keralayer Dermo Smoothing Cream is an intensive keratolytic and hydrating treatment designed for all conditions where the skin becomes thick, dry, rough, or inflamed — such as hyperkeratosis, psoriasis, atopic or eczematous dermatitis, ichthyosis, xerosis, and even acne related build up.
