Sterimar Nasal Spray 100 ML

Sterimar Nasal Spray is a natural isotonic seawater nasal hygiene spray made from 100% filtered sea water that contains marine mineral salts and trace elements such as zinc, copper, manganese, iron, magnesium, and selenium. It produces a fine micro‑diffused mist to gently cleanse the nasal passages, soften mucus, and help clear impurities from the nose. The spray is drug‑free, preservative‑free, and suitable for daily use by adults and children to support nasal hydration and clear breathing.

Indication
Daily nasal hygiene and cleansing of the nasal passages.
Removing mucus, dust, allergens, and irritants from the nose.

How to use
Prime the spray by pressing the nozzle briefly. 
Insert the nozzle into one nostril while keeping your head straight. 
Spray once or twice in each nostril (for deeper cleansing, spray for 2–3 seconds with head tilted to one side). 
Blow your nose gently to remove excess solution and loosened mucus.
Repeat in the other nostril. 
Use 2–6 times daily or as needed. 
Clean the nozzle after each use with soapy water, rinse, and dry.
