Arkopharma Arkogélules Valeriane is a traditional herbal medicine used in states of mild nervous tension and minor sleep disorders. In adolescents, a sleep disorder requires consulting a doctor. How To Use
If you are taking this medicine for mild nervous tension, the usual dose is 2 capsules in the evening with a meal and 2 capsules at bedtime. The dosage can be increased to 6 capsules per day if necessary. If you are taking this medicine for minor sleep problems, the usual dose is 2 capsules half an hour before bedtime and 2 capsules in the evening with a meal if necessary.
