How To Use
1 tablet per day, 30 minutes before going to sleep
A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.  Do not drive or use machinery for 4 to 5 hours following the taking of melatonin.  Ask the  advice of your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines. Do not use it for an extended period. Store in a dry place in the original, away from light and heat. The product should not be used in case of hypersensitivity, allergy, and when interactions of another product are described with any of the constituents of the formulation.
