Pharmanord Bio-C- Vitamin contains a film-coated tablet with 750 mg of vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate. As the tablet does not contain any animal ingredients, it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Vitamin C (calcium-L-ascorbate), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, talc, colorant: titanium dioxide.

How To Use
1 tablet daily unless advised otherwise. Preferably take the tablets whole and after a meal.
