How to use
Diffusion: Add 3-5 drops into an aroma diffuser in a small to medium room.
Inhalation: Place 2-3 drops into a bowl of hot water, cover head with a towel and breathe in the steam for ~5–10 minutes.
Topical (massage or spot use): Dilute 2-5 drops of the oil into ~10 mL of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond, jojoba) and massage onto areas of tension or general use.
Bath/steam: Add 5-8 drops (diluted in carrier or bath salts) into warm bath water, or place a few drops on a washcloth/steam tray to diffuse with steam.
