diffusion: add 3-5 drops into an aroma diffuser in a small to medium room.
inhalation: place 2-3 drops into a bowl of hot water, cover head with a towel and breathe in the steam for ~5–10 minutes.
topical (massage or spot use): dilute 2-5 drops of the oil into ~10 ml of carrier oil (e.g., sweet almond, jojoba) and massage onto areas of tension or general use.
bath/steam: add 5-8 drops (diluted in carrier or bath salts) into warm bath water, or place a few drops on a washcloth/steam tray to diffuse with steam.
