How to Use
fill the tub with warm / hot water, then add a generous amount of the salt and gently swirl around with fingertips. soak for 15-20 minutes. for optimal relaxation, wrap yourself in a towel without rinsing and relax under a warm blanket for the desired amount of time. good for 3 - 4 uses.
