aqua, urea, glyceryl stearate, helianthus annuus (seed) oil, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, glycerin, sodium lactate, sodium cetearyl sulfate, olea europaea (fruit) oil, ceteareth‑20, ceteareth‑12, cetearyl alcohol, cetyl palmitate, panthenol, allantoin, lactic acid, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, citrus limon peel oil, rosmarinus officinalis leaf extract, brassica campestris seed oil, xanthan gum, citric acid, ethylhexylglycerin, phenoxyethanol, *d‑limonene, *citral. 

for very dry, rough, hard, cracked skin on the feet — especially soles and heels. 
helps regenerate skin, soften thickened areas, prevent blisters and calluses. 

apply the balm morning and evening to clean, dry feet (you may extend to lower legs if desired). massage into the skin, especially on hard‑or cracked areas (heels, soles). for best results use regularly until skin improves, and maintain thereafter.
