Betadine Antiseptic Solution

Betadine® Solution is a topical antiseptic containing 10% povidone‑iodine (equivalent to approximately 1% available iodine), widely used as a first‑aid antiseptic for minor wounds, scrapes, burns, and for preoperative skin preparation.  

Key Components
Povidone‑iodine 10% (active), citric acid, disodium phosphate, glycerin, nonoxynol‑9, purified water, sodium hydroxide. 

Indication
First-aid antiseptic to help prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. 

How to use
Clean the affected area, apply Betadine® Solution directly 1–3 times daily, let it dry. Cover with a sterile bandage if needed. For external use only.
