The multi‑layer gel waves act like tiny springs to absorb shock and cushion key areas of the foot (forefoot, mid‑sole, arch, heel), helping keep you energized and comfortable throughout your day. They can be trimmed to fit most shoes, including casual shoes, sneakers, and work footwear.

How to use
