How to Use
to prepare traditionally, place 1.5g (approximately 2 chashaku spoons) of matcha into a matcha bowl. add 100ml of hot water (around 80°c) and whisk vigorously in an m-shaped motion using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a creamy foam forms. for a modern twist, mix 1.5g of matcha with 100ml of hot water using a milk frother or shake with water, juice, or milk in a glass shaker.
