1. apply rivage anti-cellulite firming body oil three times a week on targeted body parts (thighs, buttocks, hips, stomach and arms) using larger circular movements for 15 min.
for better results, put it on before you start exercising and keep it on while you work out. 

2. shake well before use.
gently smooth the mud over the clean body in an even layer.
wait 25-30 mins until the mud is dry.
then use circular movements to exfoliate dead cells.
rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
follow with rivage moisturizing body milk.
apply once weekly.

3. thoroughly cleanse your body in the shower and dry with a clean towel. 
apply a generous amount of rivage hydra-premium body moisturizer.
massage gently in circular motions until fully absorbed.
reapply throughout the day as needed. 

4. after cleansing with rivage shower gel, apply to wet skin, massage in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
