1. shake well before use.
gently smooth the mud over the clean body in an even layer.
wait 25-30 mins until the mud is dry.
then use circular movements to exfoliate dead cells.
rinse off thoroughly with warm water.
follow with rivage moisturizing body milk.
apply once weekly. 

2. lather a small amount of soap onto hands and gently massage onto face, avoiding the delicate eye area.
leave on the skin for a few minutes to allow the ingredients in to penetrate into your skin and then rinse it thoroughly with warm water.
follow with dead sea mud mask when needed, rivage mineral toner and a rivage moisturizing cream of your choice.
apply twice daily. 

3. shake well before use.
clean the face using rivage liquid cleanser or black mud soap.
apply an even layer of facial mud mask to the face and neck carefully avoiding the delicate areas around the eyes and lips.
after 25-30 mins, when the mud is dry, rub off with fingertips in a circular motion to exfoliate the skin.
wash the face and neck area with warm water to remove any mud residues.
follow with rivage mineral toner and a rivage moisturizing cream of your choice.
apply twice weekly. 

4. add dead sea salts to a bath full of warm water (about 37°c).
relax in the bath for 15-20 mins.
then gently rinse your body with warm water.
for optimal results, utilize one pouch per bath.
you can also opt to soak your feet in warm water or apply the water and salt solution onto a soft cloth and place it on your joints for 20 minutes.
follow with rivage body lotion.
